1. Hamachi tataki with truffle ponzu sauce, fish roe, shiso leaves, wasabi & radish

4. Charsiu Langoustine with Asian Slaw Salad, mix salad, green peas, carrots, cabbage, fennel pickles, mixed beriies, goma-truffle dressing and crushed peanuts
