Denne menu bliver ersttatet af Kiin Kiin Bao Bao Nytårsaften menu i periode:26/12-22 til 8/1-23.

 

1. Hamachi tataki with truffle ponzu, fish roe, wasabi

Hamachi fiske tataki med trøffelponzu, fiskerogn, wasabi

 

2. Scallop with miso butter and seaweed 

Kammusling med misosmør og tang

 

3. Langoustine with salted egg sauce and homemade pickles

Jomfruhummer med saltet æggesovs og hjemmelavede pickles

 

4. Crispy softshell crab “Miang Kham” salad with Shiso leaf, onion,

ginger, chili, apple, dry coconut, tamarind sauce

Sprød softshell krabbe “Miang Kham” salat med Shiso blade, løg, ingefær, chili, æble, tør kokosnød, tamarind sauce

5. Tom kha soup with crab,white asparagus, mushroom,flavored oil

Tom kha suppe med krabbe, hvide asparges, champignon, oli med smag

 

6. Fried chicken bao with chili mayo & fresh slice red onion

Dybtstegt kylling bao med chili mayo, rødløg & friskt skåret rød løg

7.  Dry aged duck breast with green curry, fennel pickle,asparagus

Tørmodnet andebryst med grøn karry, syltet fennikel , asparges

 

8.  Rare-grilled beef,brocolini, krachai soy butter

Råt-grillet oksekød,brocolini,krachai soja-smør

9. Salted coconut ice cream with caramel, peanuts, coconut flakes, and sticky rice

Saltet kokos is med karamel, kokosflager, jordnødder og klistret ris
